We understand that project requirements may change. Modifications to confirmed projects are subject to feasibility assessment and may incur additional costs depending on the scope of changes and timeline.
Cancellation Policy
Project cancellations must be requested in writing. Cancellation terms depend on the project stage:
- Before Production: Full refund minus consultation fees
- During Production: Partial refund based on work completed
- After Completion: No refund available
Refund Process
Refunds, when applicable, will be processed within 14 business days using the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
Quality Concerns
If you have concerns about the quality or condition of a delivered product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We will work with you to address any issues promptly.
Custom Designs
Due to the custom nature of our services, standard return policies do not apply. Each project is created specifically for the client and cannot be resold. Modifications and cancellations are handled on a case-by-case basis.
